PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic in which a bactericidal effect is maintained over a long time, and a deodorant effect is maintained over a long time.SOLUTION: In the sheet-like cosmetic of the present invention, a polymer, which constitutes a sheet, contains a methacrylic acid/(meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer. The sheet includes a disinfectant. It is suitable that the mass ratio of the polymer, which constitutes the sheet, and the disinfectant is 50:1-1:1. It is also suitable that the amount of the disinfectant, which is included per unit area, is 0.2-2.5 μg/cm2.
