A sacral vertebrae prosthesis includes a body and a fixing frame. The body includes first and second side parts, a front part, and a rear part and has the same outer shape as that of a patients sacral vertebrae required to be replaced. The fixing frame includes a fixing frame formed on the first side part and fixed to the patients spine. A plurality of first openings are formed to pass through from the front part to the rear part and a plurality of second openings connected to the first openings are formed on the fixing frame and the first side part.Linvention concerne une prothèse des vertèbres sacrées qui inclut un corps et une armature de fixation. Le corps inclut des première et deuxième parties latérales, une partie avant, et une partie arrière, et présente la même forme extérieure que celle des vertèbres sacrées dun patient qui doivent être remplacées. Larmature de fixation inclut une armature de fixation formée sur la première partie latérale et fixée à la colonne vertébrale du patient. Une pluralité de premières ouvertures sont formées pour traverser de la partie avant à la partie arrière et une pluralité de secondes ouvertures reliées aux premières ouvertures sont formées sur larmature de fixation et la première partie latérale.천추 보형물은 몸체부 및 고정 프레임을 포함한다. 상기 몸체부는 제1 및 제2 측면부들, 전면(前面)부 및 배면(背面)부를 포함하여 치환이 필요한 환자의 천추와 동일한 외형을 갖는다. 상기 고정 프레임은 상기 제1 측면부에 형성되어 환자의 척추와 고정되는 고정 프레임을 포함한다. 상기 전면부로부터 상기 배면부를 통과하도록 복수의 제1 개구부들이 형성되고, 상기 고정 프레임 및 상기 제1 측면부에는 상기 제1 개구부들과 연결되는 복수의 제2 개구부들이 형성된다.
