PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can maintain or improve fitness on application, smoothness on rinsing, smoothness and finger passability on application, and manageability on drying.SOLUTION: In the vesicle composition, a continuous phase formed by a component (A): branched fatty acid with a prescribed structure, a component (B): tertiary amine with a prescribed structure, a component (C): 1 to 8C organic acid, and water is an aqueous phase.
