A vibration and thermoregulation device 100 for integration into wearable fabric materials for therapeutic use has modules for vibration, heating and light emission. Washable power and signal cables 102 encapsulated in fabric layers 104 provide power to a heating layer 202 of fabric and to vibration modules 106 embedded in encasing material 108 such as waterproofing silicon, foam or fabric and welded or polymer bonded onto the fabric layers 104. LED light emitting diodes (105, Figure 3) may also be welded to the fabric layer. A microcontroller may also be embedded into the encasing material 108, either with batteries or with an external power source provided. A wired or wireless remote controller (500, Figure 5) may communicate with the microcontroller.
