PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost.SOLUTION: An accident determination system comprises a determination unit that determines, on the basis of a signal received by a reader, whether or not a chemical is present and whether or not a needle is removed. An electrode section of the reader, a first tag and a second tag are attached to a tube for intravenous drip. The electrode section of the reader and the first tag are separated from each other at a distance that makes it possible for the reader to receive a signal from the first tag when the chemical flows through the tube, and makes it impossible for the reader to receive the signal from the first tag when the chemical does not flow through the tube. The electrode section of the reader and the second tag are separated from each other at a distance that makes it impossible for the reader to receive a signal from the second tag when the chemical flows through the tube and part of the tube between the electrode section of the reader and the second tag is in contact with a human body, and makes it possible for the reader to receive the signal from the second tag when the chemical flows through the tube and the part of the tube between the electrode section of the reader and the second tag is not in contact with the human body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】コストを抑える。
