PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating mushroom using artificial bed logs by water spray by which mushroom in a maximum production volume can be obtained with an adequate amount of sprayed water during a valid period for mushroom cultivation.SOLUTION: The method for cultivating mushroom using artificial bed logs by water spray includes: disposing multistage cultivation lacks 3 in a cultivation house 1 provided with air conditioners and sprinklers placing many artificial bed logs P on the cultivation lacks 3 spraying water for 0.5-3.0 hours per day so that the whole of the arrays of the artificial bed logs P falls within a circular spray range under a water pressure of 2.0-3.0 kgf/cm at an water spray amount of 0.8l/min when spraying the water from above the lacks with many water spray nozzles 5 and managing the cultivation so as not to cause weight reduction of the artificial bed logs P of 4-6 g or more per day except the weight of developed mushroom.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】茸栽培有効期間において過不足ない散水量で最大生産量を得ることのできる人工榾木による椎茸の散水栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】空調装置と散水装置を備えた栽培ハウス1内に、多段の栽培棚3を配置し、栽培棚3に多数の人工榾木Pを載置し、多数の散水ノズル5で棚上から散水するに際し、水圧2.0~3.0kgf/cm、散水量0.8l/分で人工榾木Pの配列全体がその円形の噴霧範囲に覆われるように1日0.5~3.0時間散水し、茸の発生分を除いて4~6g/日以上人工榾木Pの重量減少が発生しないように管理を行う散水栽培方法。【選択図】図1
