PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching device of a rotor for easy attaching/detaching of a rotor.SOLUTION: A spring member 41 equipped with a spring protruding part 42 is set in a motor shaft insert part 30 formed integrally with a rotor 12. When attaching/detaching the rotor 12 from a motor shaft 9 in order to clean the rotor 12 and a water storage chamber, and when, after completion of the cleaning, attaching the rotor 12 to the motor shaft 9, a groove surface of an engagement groove 37 and an under groove end surface are pressed by an energizing force of a spring from the spring protruding part 42, so that coming off of the rotor 12 from the motor shaft 9 is prevented.
