The present invention relates to a laver roasting device. The laver roasting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing which has an inlet hole where laver inlets and an outlet hole where the laver outlets, in front； a transferring unit disposed inside the housing, and transfers the laver which is inlet from the inlet hole to outlet the laver to the outlet hole； and a far-infrared radiation radiating unit disposed on one side of the transferring unit, and radiates far-infrared radiation to the laver transferred by the transferring unit. The laver roasting device according to one embodiment of the present invention can roast the laver at the same time and remove harmful bacteria on the laver by radiating the far-infrared radiation to the laver.본 발명은 김 구이장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 김 구이장치는, 김이 투입되는 투입구 및 투입된 김이 배출되는 배출구가 전면에 형성된 하우징과, 하우징의 내부에 배치되고, 투입구에서 투입되는 김을 이송하여 배출구로 배출시키는 이송부와, 이송부의 일측에 설치되고, 이송부에 의해 이송되는 김에 원적외선을 방사하는 원적외선 방사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 김 구이장치에 따르면, 김에 원적외선을 가함으로써, 김을 굽는 것과 동시에 김에 존재하는 유해한 세균을 제거할 수 있다.
