PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire with a sensor which can perform measurement by the sensor easily with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A guide wire 10 with a sensor is provided with a tube body 40 covering the sensor 30. The tube body 40 has: a distal end side closing wall 43 formed nearer a distal end side than a measurement part 32 of the sensor 30 a front end side closing wall 44 formed nearer a front end side than the measurement part 32 of the sensor 30 and a hole part 42 which is penetrated and formed in the tube body 40 for flowing the blood stream in/out of the measurement part 32 of the sensor 30. The sensor 30 is placed nearer the distal end side than the hole part 42.
