A therapeutic actuator (100), comprising: a polymeric element (122); a therapeutic element (140); a heating and administration system; and a flexible tube (102) defining a lumen therein, in which the therapeutic element (140) is configured to adjust adjacent to the lumen of the flexible tube (102) and to be released at a distal end of the flexible tube (102) ); the heating and administration system comprising an electric conductor (106) disposed within the lumen of the flexible tube (102) and in a resistive heating element (112) also arranged within the lumen of the flexible tube (102) distal to the electrical conductor (106) and electrically connected to the electrical conductor (106); the polymeric element (122) having an anchor portion (130) that secures the therapeutic element (140) to the heating and administration system and an aggregate portion (120), in which the anchor portion (130) is adjacent to the element of resistive heating (112) and the aggregate portion (120) is positioned inside the therapeutic element (140) and distal to the anchoring portion (130); the therapeutic actuator (100) further comprising: an anchor (142) disposed in the aggregate portion (120) of the polymeric element (122); and a molding (126) at a distal end of the therapeutic element (140) that retains the therapeutic element (140) to the anchoring portion (130), the molding (126) keeping the therapeutic element (140) in a first configuration a through the stretch-resistant member (124) that secures the molding (126) to the anchor (142), characterized by a bulb (114) that secures the anchoring portion (130) of the polymeric element (122) to the resistive heating element ( 112).Un actuador terapéutico (100), que comprende: un elemento polimérico (122); un elemento terapéutico (140); un sistema de calentamiento y administración; y un tubo flexible (102) que define un lumen en el mismo, en el que el elemento terapéutico (140) está configurado para ajustar adyacente al lumen del tubo fle
