The block (M) has a longitudinal groove (310) that is arranged on one of a set of faces of the prefabricated concrete block. A first face (F 1) is allowed to emerge in a pipe (410) by an opening (420) that is placed in the pipe. The pipe is arranged with a set of anchoring units such as self-tapping screws (51, 52), that is utilized for anchoring of the pipe in the concrete. The set of anchoring units is placed near an edge of the opening or along the opening, where the block is provided in a parallelepipedic form.
