PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food having unconventional new flavor, aroma and palate feeling by using new lactic acid bacterium or lactic acid bacterial strain, to provide a method for producing the food, to provide especially seasoning flavor liquid, and to provide a method for producing the seasoning flavor liquid.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the seasoning flavor liquid includes fermenting molasses or malt extract by new lactic acid bacterium obtained from silage. The flavor liquid is mixed with bread dough to bake bread. The new lactic acid bacterium is lactic acid bacterium producing CS strain (Lactobacillus buchneri).
