Mixture according to the invention comprises from 0.1 to 70 % by weight of an extract of white or red or black grapes or a mixture thereof, from 1 to 90 % by weight of carrier comprising of carbohydrates or fiber or mixtures thereof, from 0.5 to 30 % by weight of acidity regulators and optionally up to 90 % by weight of a wine powder and up to 10 % by weight of additives selected from the group consisting of anti-caking agents, spices, stabilizers, sweeteners, flavors, colorings, extracts of herbs and dried fruits.Mixture according to the invention comprises from 0.1 to 70 % by weight of an extract of white or red or black grapes or a mixture thereof, from 1 to 90 % by weight of carrier comprising of carbohydrates or fiber or mixtures thereof, from 0.5 to 30 % by weight of acidity regulators and optionally up to 90 % by weight of a wine powder and up to 10 % by weight of additives selected from the group consisting of anti-caking agents, spices, stabilizers, sweeteners, flavors, colorings, extracts of herbs and dried fruits.
