PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographing apparatus for improving operability in outputting an X-ray image to a plurality of output apparatuses which are different in appropriate size respectively.SOLUTION: An X-ray radiographing apparatus which acquires the X-ray radiographic image of an subject and outputs the X-ray radiographic image to a plurality of output apparatuses, extracts an irradiation field region from the X-ray radiographic image and determines, as an output region to a first output apparatus, either an extracted irradiation field range or a partial region selected from the X-ray radiographic image by a user. The X-ray radiographic apparatus compares the size of the output range to the first output apparatus with the image size to be output to a second output apparatus, and when the size of the output range to the first output apparatus is not larger than an image size to be output to the second output apparatus, the output range to the first output apparatus is determined as an output range to the second output apparatus. When the output range to the first output apparatus is larger than the image size, a range corresponding to the image size is cut out from the output range to the first output apparatus and is determined as an output range to the second output apparatus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】それぞれ適切なサイズが異なる複数の出力装置にX線画像を出力する場合の操作性を向上するX線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検者のX線撮影画像を取得し、X線撮影画像を複数の出力装置へ出力するX線撮影装置は、X線撮影画像から照射野領域を抽出し、抽出された照射野領域の範囲またはX線撮影画像からユーザにより選択された部分範囲のいずれかを第一の出力装置への出力範囲に決定する。また、X線撮影装置は、第一の出力装置への出力範囲のサイズと、第二の出力装置に出力する画像サイズとを比較し、第一の出力装置への出力範囲のサイズが画像サイズ以下の場合は、第一の出力装置への出力範囲を第二の出力装置の出力範囲に決定する。一方、第一の出力装置への出力範囲が画像サイズより大きい場合は、第一の出力装置の出力範囲から画像サイズに相当する範囲を切り出して第二の出力装置の出力範囲に決定する。【選択図】図9
