PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an endoscope device, an image processing program, and an image processing method which can perform blurring correction corresponding to magnification.SOLUTION: The image processing device processes an image acquired by an imaging unit 200 capable of magnified observation. This image processing device contains: motion information acquisition units 320, 330a which acquire motion information that is information representing the relative motion of the imaging unit 200 with respect to the subject of imaging an imaging magnification calculation unit 340a which calculates imaging magnification for the imaging unit 200 and an image extraction unit 350a which extracts, as an extracted image, an image in a specific region from the captured image acquired by the imaging unit 200.
