Method for manufacturing a surgical guide, and a crown and an abutment in a mouth for a dental implant, comprising the steps of: coupling an impression tray (20) having a plurality of reference markers (40) to an inside of a patients mouth scanning of the tray (20) in which an occlusal height is set by stacking an occlusal base on an outer surface thereof, and scanning of an occluded state of upper and lower jaws while the tray is installed, then matching the secondarily scanned image with the primarily scanned image for obtaining an integrated scanned image (13), and obtaining an CT image (14) and obtaining a three-dimensional occlusion guide image by matching the integrated scanned image with the CT image using the reference markers as references and setting a height of a crown based on the three-dimensional occlusion guide image, and manufacturing a surgical guide.
