The present invention relates to a cyclic peptide and to its use as an inhibitor of Clostridium neurotoxins, preferably tetanus and botulinum neurotoxins. The peptide of the invention is useful in the treatment and/or prevention of the diseases caused by said Clostridium neurotoxins. The invention also relates to the nucleic acid that codifies it, to a cell, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit that comprises it.La présente invention concerne un peptide cyclique et son utilisation en tant quinhibiteur des neurotoxines de Clostridium, de préférence la toxine tétanique et la toxine botulinique. Le peptide selon linvention est utile dans le cadre du traitement et/ou de la prévention des maladies provoquées par lesdites neurotoxines de Clostridium. Linvention concerne également lacide nucléique qui codifie ledit peptide, ainsi quune cellule, une composition pharmaceutique et un kit qui comprend celle-ci.
