PURPOSE: A cell therapeutic agent for regenerating sphincter containing amniotic fluid-derived stem cells is provided to enhance therapeutic effect and to effectively urinary incontinence. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating urethral sphincter disorder contains 10^5-10^6 cell/sphincter of amniotic fluid-derived stem cells. The composition is also used for treating urinary incontinence. The composition contains alginate/PF-127/hyaluronic acid complex containing the stem cells. The composition is an injection.본 발명은 양수 유래 줄기세포를 함유하는 괄약근 재생 세포치료제, 더 구체적으로는 양수 유래 줄기세포를 포함하는 요도 괄약근 재생 세포치료제에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 상기 세포치료제는 주사형 도입을 위한 제형으로 제조될 수 있으며 하이드로겔 (hydrogel) 복합체에 주입되어 그 효과가 증대될 수 있다. 본 발명의 양수 줄기세포를 포함하는 조성물은 요실금 개체에 직접 주사하여 줄기세포가 체내에서 근육으로 분화되어 요실금을 효과적으로 제어하여 근육 기능을 회복할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명의 양수 줄기세포는 in situ 근육으로 분화되고, 세포만으로도 근육으로 분화되어 기능이 회복될 수 있다.
