PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food preservation container suppressing heating unevenness, and free from spoiling palate feeling and tasting of a food when microwave heating a refrigerated or frozen food.SOLUTION: A food preservation container 1 is a box-like body whose upper part is opened and which comprises a bottom 2, side wall parts 3 surrounding the four sides of the bottom 2, and a flange part 4 formed on the top edge of the side wall parts 3. The bottom 2 has a plurality of recesses 21 to be a liquid reservoir, and a projection part 22 formed between the adjacent recesses 21. The side wall parts 3 are formed with a plurality of flow channels 31 in the vertical direction from the flange part 4 to the bottom 2 of the container 1.
