PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid vehicle preventing motors attached to wheels from significantly projecting from the wheels by disposing them not to obstruct the feet of a pedestrian.SOLUTION: The walking aid vehicle includes: both front wheels 1a and 1b capable of freely changing a direction rear wheels 2b attached to lower ends of legs 8b and gear boxes attached to lower ends of the legs. The gear box includes, in the inside, a motor disposed vertically to the shaft of the rear wheel, and stores a gear mechanism composed of a plurality of gears. The motor and the rear wheel are interlocked via the gear mechanism.
