The present disclosure refers to a synergistic blend of heptyl glucoside andolive oil derivatives,which is included as a natural solubilizer agent in transdermal compositionsto improve APIsolubilization. Improved solubilization of APIs increases the absorption ofAPIs into thepatients bloodstream resulting in desired levels of hormones. Reduction ofthe amount of APIswithin the transdermal compositions to achieve the desired levels of hormoneswill reducesymptoms of hormone deficiency. The synergistic blend within transdermalcompositionsfunctions as a solubilizer agent, which allows complete dissolution ofhormones, improves watersolubility and increases skin permeation. Hormones that can be used intransdermal compositionscomprising the synergistic blend include systemically active hormones, whichare deliveredthrough the skin with the assistance of natural solubilizer agents and skinpenetration enhancersto achieve a desired effect.
