The electromagnetic device includes a jig 170 and a plurality of wires. The jig includes a center member 208 and coil-separation blocks 210. The coil-separating block 210 protrudes from the center member 208 and is separated from each other to provide coil channels 202, 204, and 206. Each of the wires is wrapped on the jig 170, around the center member 208, and in one of the coil channels to form a coil of one of the plurality of coils.
