A method for producing the non-fermented beer-like effervescent beverage according to the present invention is characterized in that the steviol glycoside is utilized as a raw material and the content of the iso-alpha acid in the beverage is adjusted to 0.01 to 0.03 g/L.本發明之非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料之特徵在於含有甜菊醇糖苷、與0.01～0.03 g/L之異α酸，且糖質含量未達2.0 g/100 mL，或甜菊醇糖苷之含量為0.01～0.08 g/L。本發明之非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料之製造方法之特徵在於：將甜菊醇糖苷作為原料，將飲料中之異α酸含量調整為0.01～0.03 g/L。
