PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having selectively reduced bitter taste remaining as aftertaste while maintaining better taste felt immediately after drinking without reducing the total amount of bitter taste contained in the beer taste beverage and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a beer taste beverage containing at least co-isohumulone, normal-isohumulone and ado-isohumulone as iso α acid with a percentage of co-isohumulone to the total amount of iso α acid of 45 mass% to 55 mass%.
