摘要：: Dipeptide analogs comprising a tryptophan (Trp) moiety coupled to a beta-sheet breaker moiety derived from alpha-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) are disclosed. The didpeptide analogs exhibit an improved performance in inhibiting amyloid fibril formation, as compared to previously described dipeptides.
