The present invention relates to a red pepper drying apparatus for naturally drying red peppers in a vinyl greenhouse. The apparatus comprises: a drying mesh (4) using left and right frames of a drying rack (2) as rails (2a) and storing red peppers spread in the drying rack (2) a driving motor (14) installed in the upper part of a movable body (10) to be rotated through a connection with a rotary shaft (12a) of wheels (12) placed on the rails (2a) and a swing flipper (20) combined with a plurality of brushes (27) swung at a predetermined angle with a controllable height by being connected with a swing motor (26) while being combined with the movable body (10). As such, when a movable body (10) is driven on the drying rack (2), the brushes (27) located in the lower part of the swing flipper (20) are repeated swung back and forth to flatten and flip the red peppers to make the red peppers dried well. The present invention enables hygienic production of dry red peppers through sterilization by a UV lamp (40) as well as increasing the efficiency of drying and impurity removal by spraying the red pepper&primes ambient air through an air blower (30).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 비닐하우스 내에서 고추를 자연 건조하기 위한 고추 건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 건조대(2)의 좌우 상부프레임을 레일(2a)로서 사용하며 건조대(2) 내에 고추를 펼쳐 수용하는 건조망(4)을 구비하고, 상기 좌우 레일(2a)에 안착하는 바퀴(12)의 회전축(12a)과 연결되어 회전하도록 이동 본체(10)의 상부에는 정역회전이 가능한 구동모터(14)를 장착하고, 상기 이동 본체(10)에 축 결합하에 스윙모터(26)와 연결되어 상하 높낮이조절과 일정각도로 스윙 작동하는 다수의 브러쉬(27)가 결합된 스윙 뒤집기(20)를 구성하여 이동 본체(10)가 건조대(2) 상에서 주행시에 스윙 뒤집기(20)의 하부에 갖는 브러쉬(27)가 전후로 반복 스윙하면서 고추를 고르게 펼쳐 뒤집어 줌으로써 건조가 잘 이루어지게 하고, 건조과정에서의 송풍기(30)를 통해 고추에 에어를 분사하여 이물질제거의 세척 및 건조효율을 높이면서 UV램프(40)에 의한 살균소독에 따른 위생적인 건고추를 생산할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
