PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty instrument allowing efficiently obtaining massage effect by generating precession in a pair of massage rotors to apply to the skin surface of the face or the arm so as to make stimulation to a skin surface complicated and various.SOLUTION: A beauty instrument 1 is for performing massage by supporting a pair of massage rotors 13 and 14 on a tip of a handle portion 10 formed in an external appearance form easy to grip so as to be separately rotatable, holding the handle portion 10, and applying the massage rotors 13 and 14 to a skin surface of a face or an arm.
