The modeling method may comprise the following steps: scanning teeth or a tooth model to acquire data with respect to the shape of teeth generating a tooth model based on the acquired data correcting the shape of the teeth contained in the generated tooth model in accordance with a user input and correcting the tooth model for the tooth model to be symmetrical about a central line as a base.
