A system of assembling a combined harvester and thresher attachment onto a walking hand tractor and the apparatus made therefrom is provided that can be easily attached to and removed from a walking hand tractor, which enables a small scale farmer to minimize his capital expense as he does not have to purchase a dedicated mechanized harvester-thresher or to fabricate complicated components onto the hand tractor. Said system comprises a prime mover operably connected to an idler for transmitting the rotation of the main shaft of the prime mover to a tractor or a drive main, or both; the drive main operably and directly connected to a shaker and communicates by means of belts-and-pulleys simultaneously to a grain conveyor and a grain auger on one hand and a thresher on the other; the thresher communicates simultaneously with a blower and a stalk conveyor; the stalk conveyor communicating to a stalk auger; and a reel comb operably connected to said stalk auger.
