PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IQ signal waveform generation circuit which generates a highly accurate IQ signal with few phase errors more easily and which is capable of detecting and correcting an error generated at the IQ signal waveform generation circuit.SOLUTION: The IQ signal waveform generation circuit includes: a counter that cumulatively adds a predetermined number of phase steps corresponding to a setting value of sinusoidal frequency; a waveform memory that outputs a digital waveform value of a stored IQ signal with an output of the counter as an address input; and an error detection and correction circuit of the digital waveform value. The IQ signal waveform generation circuit is connected with an external DA converter for converting a digital waveform of an IQ signal output from the waveform memory into an analog.
