The present invention relates to a toilet cover prepared with sterilization function. A control device is installed on one side of a main body prepared with a feed pump and a blower. A seating part which is combined to the main body with the ability to rotate, and a lid, having a guide groove formed on the internal top side are prepared. A feed pipe for spraying water to the seating part is prepared inside the lid, an air pipe for spraying air, and a sterilization lamp for irradiating near infrared ray are prepared. A washing instrument is combined to the guide groove of the lid, to wipe the top side of the seating part by moving the washing instrument along the guide groove. Thereafter, the control device is operated to spray water to the seating part through a water spraying hole of the feed pipe, while letting out the water on the seating part through an air spraying hole of the air pipe. By irradiating near infrared ray to the seating part by using the sterilization lamp, contamination and bacteria on the seating part are sterilized. According to the present invention, a user can directly wipe the seating part by using the washing instrument and confirm the cleanliness immediately. The seating part is cleaned by spraying water and air and by irradiating near infrared ray the same successively. By maintaining the cleanliness of the seating part, the user can remain in mental stability. Especially, due to the extermination of bacteria by sterilizing foreign substance, contamination and bacteria, a user who is vulnerable to germs can safely use the toilet.
