The present invention relates to socks having a lower limb damage prevention function. According to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the socks having a lower limb damage prevention function comprises: a sock body including a first sock body provided in the length to surround from a sole to an ankle of a user and a second sock body connected from the first sock body and having the length to cover at least a knee of the user； a first air expansion part securing a sealed receiving space in an inner side of the first sock body and expanded by a predetermined air pressure between the first sock body and the sole of a user by receiving external air； a second air expansion part securing a sealed receiving space in an inner side of the second sock body and expanded by a predetermined air pressure around the second sock body and the knee of the user by receiving external air； and a plurality of electromyogram sensors embedded in the sock body to detect a micro current in a lower limb muscle of the user.본 발명은 하지 손상 방지 기능을 갖는 양말에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하지 손상 보호 방지 기능을 갖는 양말은, 사용자의 발바닥부터 발목까지 감쌀 수 있는 길이로 제공되는 제1 양말 몸체부와, 상기 제1 양말 몸체부로부터 연결되어 적어도 사용자의 무릎을 덮어 감쌀 수 있는 길이로 제공되는 제2 양말 몸체부를 포함하는 양말 몸체, 상기 제1 양말 몸체부 내측에서 밀폐된 수용공간을 확보하며, 외부 공기를 공급 받아 상기 제1 양말 몸체부와 상기 사용자의 발바닥 사이에서 소정의 공기압으로 팽창되는 제1 공기팽창부, 상기 제2 양말 몸체부 내측에서 밀폐된 수용공간을 확보하며, 외부 공기를 공급 받아 상기 제2 양말 몸체부와 상기 사용자의 무릎 주변에서 소정의 공기압으로 팽창되는 제2 공기팽창부, 및 상기 양말 몸체에 내장되어 사용자의 하지 근육의 미세전류를 검출하는 다수의 근전도 센서를 포함한다.
