PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care device for bedsore prevention which reduces bedsore of a patient and a nursing load on a caregiver.SOLUTION: Knees of a clinical patient 1 are laid on a knee support 4 which is moved right and left any time or at a prescribed interval by a motor controlled by a microcomputer incorporated controller 2, and the knees are moved right and left to draw an arc making the heels and the hip part fulcrums. By moving the knees right and left, longtime pressure and slipping force at frequent bedsore generating sites are relaxed and blood flow is improved to prevent bedsore.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】臨床患者の床ずれ防止及び介護者の介護負担を軽減する床ずれ防止用介護用具を提供する。【解決手段】マイコン内臓型コントローラ2で制御したモータによって随時又は設定時間間隔で左右に移動する膝支持台4上に臨床患者1の膝を乗せ、踵とでん部を支点として円弧を描くように膝を左右に移動させる。膝を左右に移動させることにより、床ずれ好発部位の長時間の圧迫とずれ力を緩和し、血行を改善することにより床ずれを防止できる。【選択図】図1
