According to the method, an immersing pool, a filtering machine, a neutralization tank, a decoloring reaction kettle, a concentrating kettle and a drying machine are taken as equipment, vinasse, a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 15%, active carbon and water are taken as raw materials, and processes of vinasse immersing, filtering, neutralization, decoloring, concentrating, drying and the like are employed for preparing a finished product. The production method has a series of advantages of simple technology, no high-temperature high-pressure operations, low price of the employed raw materials, low production cost and the like. The product sodium acetate is wide in application, is mainly used as an esterification agent for organic synthesis, a shoot drug, a medicine, a printing and dyeing agent or a mordant, a buffering agent and a chemical reagent, and also is applied to meat anticorrosion, pigments, tanning and the like.本創作係於頭部骨骼生長時，運用空間上的限制，使得頭部骨骼沿著空間進行生長，達到矯正頭形的目的。尤其對於頭形歪斜狀況奇特嚴重者，本創作可經由縮小空間而達到產生壓力進行矯正之目的，並相較於習知技術而言，矯正所需時間亦相對縮短，再者，本創作頭形矯正用引導式壓力矯正頭盔可隨時能透過壓力裝置於使用者頭部凸側施加壓力增進其矯正效果。
