The present invention relates to a feed throwing device for feeding feed in the form of grains to a pet by throwing same, and to a feed feeding device using the feed throwing device. The feed throwing device comprises: a throwing part comprising a throwing arm rotating between limited angles, and a throwing container coupled to the throwing arm and having feed in the form of grains rested therein; a fixing support part coupled to the center of rotation of the throwing arm, thereby fixing the throwing part; and an elastic driving part for rotating the throwing container between a resting position at which the feed is rested and a throwing position at which the feed is thrown. Accordingly, a pet can eat the feed and also have fun, the feed can be fed regularly even in the absence of a user, mutual interaction with the pet is possible through a terminal, and the amount of exercise of the pet can be increased.
