The present invention relates to a grain feeding device for feeding feed in grains such that a pet can eat grains of the feed in the form of grains, and to a feed feeding device using the grain feeding device. The present invention comprises: a main body part in which a fixed hole for discharging feed in the form of grains is formed in the lower surface of an inner space for storing the feed; a rotation plate part which is positioned in a lower portion of the inner space, has at least one rotation hole formed therein, and rotates such that, when the rotation hole is rotated, grains of the feed rested in the rotation hole is discharged through the fixed hole from a discharge position at which the rotation hole and the fixed hole meet; and a rotation plate driving part for rotating the rotation plate part. Accordingly, the feed can be fed in grains, allowing the pet to chew sufficiently and helping the digestion thereof.
