The present invention relates to an electric brush apparatus for face washing comprising: a body casing member embedding an electric device having a handle and including a motor on the inside, and having a head unit for bonding a brush on an upper end part； a brush installation member combined to be separable on the head unit for bonding the brush； and a brush member installed on the brush installation member and contacted to a face of a user when face washing. The present invention can replace a brush contacted to the face when face washing, thereby simply replacing the worn brush with a new brush.
