A hydrolysate of marine processing by-products of the present invention provides an antioxidant effect by a scavenging activity of DPPH, AAPH and an alkyl radical, and an immunity enhancing effect by generating a proper amount of nitric oxide (NO) through stimulating macrophage and by proliferating T cells.본 발명의 수산가공부산물 가수분해물은 DPPH, AAPH 및 알킬 라디칼에 대한 소거 활성을 나타내어 이에 따른 항산화 효과를 제공하며, 또한 대식세포를 자극하여 적정량의 NO(Nitric Oxide)를 생성하고 T 세포 증식 효과를 나타내어 이에 따른 면역증강 효과를 제공한다.
