Disclosed is a novel antimicrobial means which is effective against various types of germs including pathogenic fungi and plant pathogenic filamentous fungi. An antimicrobial agent against germs according to the present invention contains at least one component selected from the group consisting of amino acids and amino acid derivatives and oligomers and polymers thereof, sugars and polysorbates, does not contain an antimicrobial active ingredient against germs, and contains cyanoacrylate polymer particles having an average particle diameter of smaller than 1000 nm as an active ingredient. The antimicrobial agent is useful particularly as a control agent against plant diseases caused by filamentous fungi.Linvention concerne un nouveau moyen antimicrobien qui est efficace contre différents types de germes, notamment les champignons pathogènes et les champignons filamenteux pathogènes sattaquant aux plantes. Lagent antimicrobien luttant contre les germes selon la présente invention contient au moins un composant choisi dans le groupe constitué dacides aminés et de dérivés dacides aminés et doligomères et de polymères correspondants, de sucres et de polysorbates, il ne contient pas de principe actif antimicrobien luttant contre les germes et renferme des particules de polymère de cyanoacrylate ayant un diamètre particulaire moyen inférieur à 1 000 nm en tant que principe actif.
