FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used to produce gamma-globulin and albumin fractions of blood plasma with the help of chemical disinfectants. That is ensured by using solutions of ammonium sulphate of 80 % or 100 % of saturation with 1 % (w/v) phenol, having bactericidal-bacteriostatic action, at the place of preparation of non-sterile blood substitutes and blood separation under non-sterile conditions. Incubation of plasma or serum samples is carried out in them as separating individual blood leads, then gamma-globulin fraction is separated by centrifugation. Ammonium sulphate powder is added to supernatant to concentration of 75 % of saturation and pH is reduced to 4.6, after separating albumin fraction into postalbumin protein-free centrifuge, phenol is added to design concentration of 1 % (w/v), which is used as a preserving solution when suspending precipitation of gamma-globulins and albumins.EFFECT: using the given method enables blood preparation and separation in non-sterile rooms by creating a method for inactivation of bacterial microflora by using bactericidal-fractionating properties of phenol-sulphate solutions.4 cl, 6 tbl, 1 dwg
