The present disclosure relates to trocar assemblies with integrated scope cleaning structures. The trocar assembly may include a chamber with a proximal opening configured to receive the distal end of the scope. The cannula extends distally from the chamber and may be configured to extend distally into the patient's body. The cannula may be further configured to receive the distal end of the scope so that the scope can be driven through the cannula to a location within the patient's body.
