The present invention relates to a filter needle assembly for a syringe and particularly to a device for facilitating the suction of injection fluid when a cap provided with a filter for filtering foreign substances is used on the syringe the device comprising: a syringe needle (100) capable of being coupled to the syringe and comprising a needle (110) and a hub (120) for supporting the needle (110); and the cap (200) including the filter (210) and coupled while accommodating the needle (110) and maintaining a seal around the outer periphery of the hub (120) wherein the hub (120) has a through hole (121) allowing the inside and outside of the hub(120) to communicate and the opening and closing of the through hole (121) are controlled by a one way valve means (300) to prevent foreign substances from flowing into the syringe as well as to prevent foreign substances from remaining on the syringe needle thereby preventing ampule fragments from being injected into the human body along with the injection fluid and thus increasing safety and one way valve means of various types are provided at the hub of the syringe needle so as to facilitate the suction of the injection fluid thereby increasing utilization by users and thus maximizing marketability and market competitiveness of the product.
