PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing medical treatment structure and a method for removing medical treatment structure using thereof are provided to remove the medical treatment structure without damage in short time.CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing medical treatment structure comprises a laser generator(110), a cable(120), and a hand piece(130). In the laser generator, semiconductor laser is installed inside and generates laser. The cable includes a first optical fiber and delivers the laser through the first optical fiber.
