The present invention relates to a medical laser system comprising: a laser treatment part including a laser generating member for generating laser for medical treatment and a laser radiating member for radiating the laser provided by the laser generating member to an object and an infrared temperature measuring part for measuring the temperature of the object by measuring infrared generated when the temperature of the object is rising by the laser radiated from the laser radiating member wherein the laser radiating member can be mounted at a probe directly contacting the object. The present invention can measure the temperature of the affected area of the object, which is medically treated by the laser while simultaneously medically treating with the laser treatment part, as such damage to the affected area which can be generated when medically treating by the laser can be prevented.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치료용 레이저 시스템은, 치료를 위한 레이저를 발생시키는 레이저 발생부재와, 레이저 발생부재에 의해 제공되는 레이저를 치료 대상체에 발산하는 레이저 조사부재를 구비하는 레이저 치료부 및 레이저 조사부재로부터 발산되는 레이저에 의해 치료 대상체의 온도가 상승함으로써 발생되는 적외선을 측정하여 치료 대상체의 온도를 측정하는 적외선 온도 측정부를 포함하며, 레이저 조사부재는 치료 대상체에 직접적으로 접촉되는 프로브에 장착될 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 레이저 치료부에 의한 레이저 치료 시 레이저를 통해 치료되고 있는 치료 대상체의 환부의 온도를 동시에 측정할 수 있어 환부의 온도를 일정하게 유지시키면서 치료를 실행할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 레이저 치료 시 발생될 수 있는 환부 손상 등을 방지할 수 있다.
