The present invention relates to an adapter for connecting fixtures for implant with dental instruments such as handpieces or ratchet wrenches. According to the present invention, the adapter is to connect dental instruments and fixtures in which a tapered hole whose diameter gets smaller in a longitudinal direction from one end is formed.
