PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of scattering work.SOLUTION: A scattering device includes: a hopper storing a material and a scattering part communicating with the inside of the hopper through an opening part opening in a bottom of the hopper and axially supported so as to rotate with an axis of the hopper as a center. The hopper includes a plurality of storage spaces formed by dividing the hopper by a partition wall arranged so as to extend from the bottom to an insertion port facing the bottom in an axial direction of the hopper. Opening parts are arranged in the plurality of storage spaces respectively.
