The disclosed attachment device of a dental structure comprises: a cap member having an appearance corresponding to a coupling hole to be fixed in the coupling hole formed in the dental structure, having a first accommodating space downwardly opened therein, and having a hanging projection protruding from the inner surface thereof an intermediate member accommodated in the first accommodating space of the cap member and having a second accommodating space downwardly opened therein and an abutment equipped with a top side coupling unit inserted in the second accommodating space of the intermediate member and connected to the intermediate member to be able to be attached and detached and with a bottom side coupling unit disposed at the bottom of the top side coupling unit to be connected with any one of the alveolar bone and a dental fixture.
