The present invention relates to an attachment device of a dental structure, capable of absorbing an impact caused by an external force by providing a buffer space between a protrusion unit of an intermediate member and a cap member. The attachment device of a dental structure of the present invention comprises: the cap member having an appearance corresponding to a coupling hole to be fixed to the inside of the coupling hole formed in the dental structure, having a first accommodation space, which is downwardly opened, formed therein, and having a stop protrusion protruding from the inner surface thereof formed therein; the intermediate member accommodated in the first accommodation space of the cap member and having a second accommodation, which is downwardly opened, formed therein; and an abutment including an upper coupling unit and a lower coupling unit, wherein the upper coupling unit is inserted into the second accommodation space of the intermediate member to be detachably coupled to the intermediate member, and the lower coupling unit is disposed in a lower side of the upper coupling unit and coupled to any one of an alveolar bone or a dental fixture. The intermediate member includes an upper surface unit facing an upper end of the upper coupling unit of the abutment and a side surface unit extending down from an edge of the upper surface unit. The side surface unit has a protrusion unit formed on an outer surface thereof, wherein the protrusion unit upwardly extends while contacting the inner surface of the cap member.
