PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning mist generator capable of increasing the quantity of mist up to the function of a humidifier and remarkably decreasing the residual quantity of the coarse droplet clouding eye glasses or the like.
SOLUTION: The air conditioning mist generator 1 is provided with: a water housing part 21 housing water to become a mist producing source an ultrasonic transducer 51 arranged to be in contact with water in the water housing part 21 and giving ultrasonic vibration to the water a mist chamber 29 which separates the upper space of the water surface WL in the water housing part 21 from the surroundings and in which an air flow introducing part 43 and a mist discharge port 7 positioned above the air flow introducing port 43 are formed and a swirling flow generating part 39 for introducing a swirling flow TND swirling around an axis line intersecting the water surface WL into the mist rising in the inside space of the mist chamber 29 from the water surface WL by giving the ultrasonic vibration from the air flow introducing port 43 of the mist chamber 29 to return the mist particle having a diameter equal to or above a fixed diameter along a descending swirling flow locus by the centrifugal force and gravity force.
