The present invention discloses novel hybrid proteins that have both plasminogen activator and anti-thrombotic properties, including clot specific action, that renders these as highly advantageous for the treatment of circulatory disorders involving fibrin clot formation due to underlying tissue damage in the blood vessels leading to myocardial infarction, strokes etc. Also disclosed are new proteins, and methods of obtaining the same, that help to dissolve blood clots by activating plasminogen in a plasmin or thrombin dependent manner and also inhibit both the activity and generation of thrombin through the intrinsic pathway of blood coagulation.본 발명은 신규의 하이브리드 단백질에 관한 것이고, 상기 하이브리드 단백질은 플라스미노겐 활성화제 및 혈전억제 성질, 예를 들어 심근 경색, 발작 등에 이르게 되는 근원적인 혈관 조직 손상에 기인하는 피브린 덩어리 형성을 수반하는 순환 장애의 치료에 대해 상기 단백질을 매우 유리하게 하는 덩어리 특이적 작용을 모두 갖는다. 또한 플라스민 또는 트롬빈 의존적인 방식으로 플라스미노겐을 활성화함으로써 혈전을 용해시키고 또한 본래의 혈액 응고 경로를 통한 트롬빈의 활성 및 생성을 모두 억제하는데 일조하는 신규의 단백질 및 상기 단백질의 수득 방법을 개시한다.
